We ensure a perfect cut every time and you can choose from any of our house dies, or we can have one custom-made to your unique specifications.

Our die-cutting services are great for:

  • Foam Board Mounting
Foam board mounting is great for displaying a variety of printed projects. The sturdy board application lends itself to all kinds of artwork from posters and photographs to charts and graphs.

  • Foil Stamping
Foil application is the process by which a thin layer of shiny paper is applied to a printed material with the use of a heating source. The most popular foils are silver and gold, but there are also a wide variety of other colors and finishes to choose from.

A foil detail can help enhance any type of printed material from letterhead, envelopes and business cards to sales materials and presentation folders. The possibilities of how you can use foil stamping is limited only by your imagination.

  • Folding
Do you simply want your form folded in half, or do you need something more complex like an accordion fold? There are many options when it comes to folding your printed materials and our high-speed folders can handle all of them. For delicate work, we have a trained bindery staff to hand fold your work so that every piece is done correctly.

  • Laminating
Are you interested in increasing the durability of your printed materials? Lamination can do just that.

During the lamination process, your printed products are tightly sealed between two sheets of protective plastic coating. The result is that your paper is moisture and dirt resistant and will stay looking like new with an impressive, shiny coating.

  • Numbering
Numbering your printed projects can be an economical way to keep track of your forms and stay organized. Our numbering machines are capable of printing on a variety of different documents from raffle tickets to invoices in both red and black ink.

  • Online Proofing
  • Perforation
A simple perforation can turn a standard mailer into a source of feedback from your customer.

Perforations give you the flexibility of including anything from a coupon to a customer satisfaction survey to your printed materials and make it easy for your customers to detach a form and send it back to you.

  • Pickup & Delivery
  • Raised Printing
  • Rounded Corners
Are you looking for a creative way to set your printed materials apart form everyone else's? Rounded corners are great at grabbing attention and adding sophistication to many kinds of printed materials, and the process is quick and easy. Try rounding the corners of your next job and see what kind of impact it makes.

  • Scanning
  • Scoring
Heavyweight papers, like cardstock, fold best when they’re scored beforehand. Scoring your brochures, portfolios, and folders before they’re folded can help ensure a crisp, straight line every time.

  • Shipping
  • Shrink Wrapping
Shrink-wrapping is the ideal way to package printed materials for shipping or clean long-term storage. Our thermal shrink-wrapper uses a blast of heated air to shrink plastic wrap tightly around a bundle of printed materials that can vary from a single calendar to a stack of 1,000 labels.

  • Stapling

The easiest and most cost-efficient way to bind paper is to use a staple. This may be familiar to everyone but our electronic staplers are more sophisticated than you might imagine.

Your printed jobs can be bound with a single staple, or with several staples. Our stapler uses a thin line of metal to create staples that are exactly the right size and stoppers regulate the paper placement so that each staple is in exactly the right spot.

We can also staple bind a job like a booklet or brochure along the spine. This technique is called saddle stitching and is great for jobs on high quality paper or cover stock.

One of the most cost efficient ways to bind a bundle of paper is to have it stapled. The concept is familiar but our staplers are more sophisticated than you might imagine. A thin string of metal wire is measured and cut to fit each bundle individually, and the placement of the staples is machine regulated so that it’s in just the right spot.
